Ashlyn offer X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometers, EDX Series. These versatile X-ray fluorescence spectrometers (XRF) are used in a wide range of applications. Its features are high precision, repeatability, non-destructive analysis, and fast measurement. Other applications include custom check controls, online production analysis, forensic laboratories, and virtually any application where elemental analysis is required immediately. It is used for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of alloys, petroleum products, food products, biological samples, and elements deposited on filter surfaces. These instruments, depending on the model selected, detect elements from Calcium to Uranium in a wide range of element concentration. Based on the combination of elements selected, the precision of concentration determination can be better than ?0.1%. All the EDX range of XRFs can be used to measure coating thicknesses including multiple-layer plating samples. Plating solutions can also be analysed easily.
