Sushma digital wire terminal crimp tester Model SWTC 100, is a manually operated tester for digital display of force with high resolution using 3-1/2 digit DPM with accuracy ± 1% FSD. It is suitable for production line or quality control lab testing of crimped wire terminals. There is an optional motorised version also.

- Provision made to use the system with one or more different capacity loadcells for better accuracy

- Peak hold facility helps to read peak force prior to wire terminal separation
- Accepts wire lengths of 60 mm and more
- Tests wire samples of 60 mm or more in length and 0.8 mm to 6.5 mm dia
- Upper self aligning wheel built to accommodate standard terminal shank sizes
- Ring terminals secured with pin are inline with largest slot
- Bottom grip features eccentrically mounted self tightening knurled roller which accepts wire up to 3 mm dia
- Distance between grips adjustable up to 315 mm
- Operates on 230 V 50 Hz.
