Viscosity Controller

Model B-10V microprocessor based viscosity controller provides a complete solution for automation of continuous as well as batch processes which require accurate viscosity control.The instrument has two viscosity and four temperature channels thus enabling total control of most of the processes without adding further hardware. Viscosity measurement is based on the principle of Time of Fall. The method of measurement being digital in nature is free from reading errors. The measuring element does not contain delicate components like springs, etc, and hence is ideal for online applications. The instrument continuously performs viscosity measurement and initiates control through addition of solvents. The associated temperature channels are PID type and used for precise control of temperature which enables proper viscosity control. Model B-10V can be used effectively for improved quality, reduction in skilled manpower, and better manufacturing practice.
