VISCOMETERS

Taisei International offers Viscometers. It consists of SV-10/ SV-100 and adopts selectable wide measurement range, high measurement accuracy, temperature measurement, real-time measurement, continuous measurement, viscosity calibration, small sample size, sample temperature control, non-Newtonian sample viscosity measurement, SOL and Gel measurement, vacuum fluorescent display, separated type model, and standard RS232 interface. The Win CT-viscosity Windows communication software equipped with SV Series can create real time graphs of data on viscosity and temperature, saving the measurement data by CSV file and open it on the RS-Visco, making it very convenient for future analysis of sample fluid viscosity. The wide dynamic range as wide as from 0-3 mpas to 10,000 pas and is capable of continuously measuring in this measurement range with repeatability (accuracy) and stability enables to measure viscosity changes in process of thixotropy liquid during turning into gel from SOL (colloidal solution), or in process of curing of resin, adhesive or paint, which can not be continuously measured with a conventional rotational viscometer. The other industrial process applications are food, printing ink, cosmetics, and quality control during a production process, in R&D in biology, beverages, medical fields, etc.
