Universal Testing Machines

Simpletech Instruments offers Universal Testing Machine. This is a numerically controlled automatic double screw spring testing machine, to cover up to 10,000 kg. The machine is rated for different load capacities like 200 kg, 1000 kg, 2000 kg, 5000 kg and 10,000 kg with different resolution combinations. A single load cell measurement is resolved into 4 ranges to achieve very fine resolution compared to the capacity. This multiple range feature eliminates the need to have different capacity machines. The extra fine micro stepping drive used in the machine achieves accurate positioning and loading control. The machine is electronically compensated for deflection errors and there by ensures most accurate readings. Physical overload protection ensures the safety of the load cell. The system is provided with a stand-alone control display unit with a computer interface. Programmed test cycles with variable speed controls, makes the testing very simple and accurate. The program entry feature of the software helps the user to build own programs. Online display of the test results with all readings ensures easy visibility of the performance of the specimen being tested. The test results can be stored for later use. The test results can be displayed and printed in tabular or graph forms.
