UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE

Sahaj Industries offers Universal Testing Machines. It comes with twin screws and maximum crosshead travel of 1000 mm with a working width of 400 mm. It has fixed two speeds of 25 and 50 mm/min. It can be provided with optional variable speed drive with a range of 50 to 500 mm/min. It is suitable for a wide variety of materials, e.g., ferrous/ non ferrous metal, textiles, plastic, rubber and wires/ cables, etc. The load measurement is through electronic loadcell and load value will be indicated in precise and accurate microprocessor based 5-digit, digital indicator. The indicator will display continuously the load value and it will latch the maximum break load/ pick load values in kN/ N/ kg. The elongation measurement in the standard machine is through scale of one meter with a 1 mm resolution and optional digital encoder and digital vernier with least count 0.1 and 0.01 mm can be provided. It is calibrated to accuracy of ±1%. Various attachment/ fixtures can be provided such as tensile grip, compression plate, 3 point bend test, shear test attachment, hardness test, 180° bend test and electronic extensometer, etc.
