Universal Testing Machine, UTM

Universal Textile Industries offers a Universal Testing Machine (UTM). This instrument for testing from 10 to 40 tonnes is manufactured and supplied as per customer requirements. The machines are available with a loading accuracy of ±1% maximum. The elongation is measured by mechanical extensometer in analogue model and by digital monitor in digital models. Computerized models are also available. Hydraulic and motor driven technology is adopted for loading and testing for jaw separation there is a motor driven threaded column for quick operations. The machine boasts a robust and large frame to withstand all the test conditions as per capacity of the tester. The company offers a wide range of high quality testing equipment for various industrial requirements, for metals and materials. The range of products includes plastic testing equipment, leather testing equipment, textile testing equipment, yarn testing equipment, hand operated crock-meter, motorized crock meter, fastness tester, colour matching cabinet, hot air oven, digital pilling tester, Martindale abrasion cum pilling tester, dyeing machine, water bath and tensile strength tester. It also undertakes fabrication jobs as per customers’ requirements. It is the sole/exclusive agent of Premier Colorscan Instruments for spectrophotometer, xenon light fastness tester, and other equipments in north India.
