Universal Gear Rolling Tester

Ogasawar of Japan offers universal gear rolling tester. It is suitable for composite accuracy measurement of relatively small module gears. In addition to its usefulness in production line, it is suitable in laboratories for precision measurement. It functions for the measurement of gears by double flank inspection and also for spur gears as well as for a combination of helical and spur gears. It is designed so as to attach a single flank inspection device in which Telemicro is built-in. The tester is provided with a displacement detector in which Telemicro, a wireless electrostatic micrometer, is built-in, and is capable of a digital indication converting from the analogue and the frequency output of the detector. It is capable of recording the output reading by a Pen Writer. It can test gear OD from 1 to 160 mm, gear axis length from 0 to 310 mm, and module to 2 mm.
