Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

The Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, MG5-P is used for high precision ultrasonic wall thickness measurement. This is a newly developed gauge works on the latest micro controller technology. It measures wall thickness of almost all metals, alloys, hard plastics, glass and ceramics just from one side. It has a range from 1.5 to 200 mm (in steel), and facility to switch resolution between ±0.1 mm and ±0.01 mm. All functions are available at the feather touch keyboard. This is provided with a single built-in calibration master for mild steel along with programmable sound velocity for different materials. It has an automatic V-path correction, which provides high accuracy at lower readings. The calibration process is simple. By changing the velocity, one can change the calibration of the instrument for different materials. Calibration of material with unknown velocity is also possible.
