ULTRA SONIC TESTING MACHINE : Ultra sonic testing machine is a machine suitable to carry out ultrasonic flow detection on internal surface of large heavy parts , during manufacture of parts or even after use sometimes. It is portable and can be packed and taken to site for inspection of parts e.g steam turbine rotors, gun barrels. Probe holder has provision to accept 3probes at 120 degrees to each other. It gets guided in the bore and rotates 360 degrees clock and anticlockwise, Transverses at a fix distance in the bore ,while noting the readings on CRO.Minimum Diameter 60 mm and length of 4300 mm can be tested other sizes on request.All operations through CNC systems - one axis is rotary and other linear.
