Shiva Electronics offers Ultrasonic Distance Estimator. The Accutape II, for measurements, is a compact, accurate and easy to use distance estimator, using ultrasonic sound waves to make measurements with one push of the button. Its narrow ultrasonic beam measures the distance up to 50 feet and is accurate within 1"". Just push a button to measure the distance and one can see the readings on LCD either in feet or meters (with switch selection facility). It works on internal Lithium battery and conducts over 100 000 measurements with a lifetime of 10 years. The Accutape II is available in ABS black plastic and its size is (111.5 x 47.2 x 21.5 mm). Ultrasonic operating frequency is 50 KHz. The Accutape II is useful for architects, civil engineers, building contractors, real estate agents, interior decorators, etc.
