Tyre Testing Machines

LCS Controls offers Tyre Testing Machines. It is used for tyre tube resistivity checking which is predominantly used in R&D & QC departments in all tyre manufacturing industries. It comprises of a high precision load sensor of suitable capacity and a digital linear scale. These are suitably mounted on any make tyre testing machines such that the load imparted by moving shaft piercing the tyre is sensed by load sensor and displacement by digital linear scale. The digital controller accepts input from both load a displacement sensor. On giving start command through an output, the shaft integral with load and displacement sensors moves down. The respective displacement and load is sensed by the same is displayed on the dual display of the indicator. The piercing load is sensed and held by the controller until it is manually reset. This data can be transmitted to PC for generation reports and graphs. The data can also he exported excel format for calculation purposes. This test determines the quality of chord tyre and forms an essential part of QC department of all tyre manufacturing companies. The system also is available with 17" TFT screen and membrane keypads.
