A wide range of digital testing systems for machine tools applications are available. Sushma torsion spring testing system is an accurate, versatile table top unit designed for conducting torque angle test on various sizes of torsion springs. The system consists of torsion spring testing machine, torque sensor, digital torque indicator and graduated angle disc. Provision has been made to use torque sensors of different capacities suitable to test torsion springs of various sizes from GmCm, KgCm to KgM. Optional facilities include angle sensor and digital torque angler indicator for simultaneous display of torque and angle. Can be used for clockwise or anti clockwise measurement; and can be calibrated in GmCm, KgCm, KgM, NcM, NM or lb inch or any other units depending on customer requirement.
