Test Rig for Hydraulic Cylinder

Simpletec Automatics offers Test Rigs for Hydraulic Cylinders, which are designed for testing hydraulic cylinders as per IS:10586 and as per various international standards for pressure test, drag test, cyclic test, endurance test, leakage, etc. Test pressure, drag pressure, oil flow, oil temperature, number of test cycles, etc. are displayed a HMI and can be recorder with the help of Data Acquisition System in graphical and tabular formats.

The 400T, 600 bar test rig is suitable for hydraulic cylinders up to 250 mm bore. Higher/lower capacity rigs are also offered depending upon the specific requirements. The length of the test rig for 2500 mm stroke hydraulic cylinder is 8500 mm. Test rigs for bigger/smaller cylinders are also offered.
