Fine Spavy Associates & Engineers Pvt Ltd manufactures Tensile Testers in capacities from 20 kgF (200 N) to 5,000 kgF (50 kN).They are capable of conducting tensile test, cross breaking test, bend test, adhesion strength test, etc, for a range of materials like paper, textiles, rubber, plastics, and metallic materials, in various forms such as tapes, wires, cords, round, and flat. These machines cater to the needs of a number of industries ranging from rubber, plastic, adhesive tape manufacturers, nonferrous foundries, to wire and cable manufactures. Each machine has 3 load ranges to cover maximum possible test loads within ± 1% accuracy which is the requirement as per IS: 1828. The straining rates can be opted as per testing applications. A wide choice of grips and test fixtures is available, as there are a number of different test specimens required to be tested on these machines.These machines, being mechanical type, are extremely cost effective. The load measurement is based on the pendulum dynamometer principle. The load versus elongation graph can be obtained on the recorder. The machines with electronic version are also available.
