The Tachometer, Prova 1500, is the latest low cost dual type tachometer that has a microcomputer circuit based design to provide extraordinary consistent and accurate readings. Being a lightweight instrument, this is easy to carry for remote testing. The tachometer covers a wide range of photo-type from 10 to 99999 rpm and contact type from 0.5 to 29999 rpm with the surface speed of measuring capabilities in feet/min., meter/ min. and yard/min. The event counter is measured from 0 to 99999 and the measuring distance is from 50 to 300 mm. Additional design features includes a large LCD, self calibration, memory of last value, maximum and minimum values, completely battery operated, inter changeability of adopters for measuring surface speed, rpm of both shafts with/without centre.
