Spring Testers

Automatic Spring Testers are micro controller based systems ideal for online and offline testing of springs. The company offers 4 models covering testing of loads from few grams to Tons (1Kg, 10 Kg, 300 Kg and 1000 Kg) with high degree of accuracy. They test the springs for Tensile/Compression. Test capability includes load test with length input, length test with load input, spring rate using 3-step method with preprogrammed loads/lengths. They have features like Tare, Inching, PC compatibility through RS-232 and Kalpak Spring Tester software; Safety features like emergency stop, over travel and over load protection, programmability through keyboard, and accessories like grips, hooks.
