SPC and multigaging systems

Keshrup Systems Pvt Ltd provides on-line SPC and multigaging systems that give precise, accurate as well as updated requirements for output gaging. This system ensures real-time data collection, real-time control and historical data analysis. The multigauging system can measure the most challenging features on ODs, IDs and lengths including GD&T callouts such as position and form. The multigauging works based on contact/non-contact measurement technology. The basic technology is imported from KURT located at Minneapolis and modified accordingly at Keshrup to suit the requirements of the Indian manufacturers. The STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL (SPC) easily interfaces with all types of gauging equipment such as micrometer, CMMs, LVDTs, air gages and others. SPC is built based on Windows 98/ME/NT/2000. Real-time variable and attribute charting; customisable online instruction for operators; spreadsheets, light column and digital data entry; advanced statistical analysis; multi-level security access; data importing/exporting are some of the important features of this system. The system is extremely useful in critical component manufacturing and in high volume production and is ideally suitable for automobile manufacturing and process industries. The entire package costs around Rs 1 lakh and is extremely customised to suit the requirements of the SMEs.
