Pearl Gauges and Instruments manufactures single ended and double ended snap gauges. These range from 1 mm to 850 mm. The snap gauges 1 mm to 5 mm are manufactured in three piece design, and sizes 5.1 mm to 150 mm in the plate type design. These plates are of OHNS(W) steel hardened to 58?60 RC. All snap gauges are stabilized and stress relieved to given dimensional accuracy over a period of time. Sizes above 150.1 mm to 850 mm can be manufactured in plate type or in MS frame with OHMS(W) gauging tips. Each gauge is supplied with an inspection certificate that is traceable to NPL, New Delhi. All these snaps can be supplied in standared IS blank or as per users? drawing with or without knife edge.
