Callidai Motor Works manufactures customised counter/Rute meter with built-in Timer. This is produced by using microcontroller algorithm. The counter with dual displays can display counts as well as RPM. The counter can be programmed for scaling factor. The display can also indicate meters/minute and total meters or any other engineering scale factor. The output of the counter is a relay where a built-in timer can be given for its operation. The counter is filed programmable and all the threshold values can be programmed on line. The display can be provided LED or LCD. The counter can accept pulses from mechanical switch, proximity sensors and encoders and can operate on wide range of voltages. The program of the controller can also be programmed according to client specifications.
