Radio Transmission Probing System

Marposs SpA has enhanced its range of mida probing products for machine tools by adding the E86 radiofrequency transmission system. The transmitting module, the receiving antennas and the machine interface unit are combined into a standard set that can easily be mounted on machine tools for inspection of parts and setting of machine coordinates. With a maximal transmission distance of ten metres the radiofrequency transmission system is particularly suitable for part probing applications on large machining centres. The extreme compactness of the transmitter module allows non-line of sight probing of deep bores. The modular design of the system allows to choose among a wide range of probing systems and to meet application-specific requirements.
