Progressive Distributors

Cenlub Systems offers Progressive Distributor. This is used for zero error lubrication in machine and other equipment. It is a self-sustained hydraulic metering device that gets actuated by clever sequential arrangement of pressure differentials. A progressive distributor sequentially (in series) feeds metered quantity of lubricant in predetermined order to the lube points. The lubricant delivery stroke will take place only if the preceding one has discharged its volume. The movement of an indicator pin indicates the working of the lubrication cycle. If there is a blockage at a lube point or the supply line is clogged the progressive distributor stops functioning which is indicated (visually) by stopping of the indicator pin. Instead, an electrical signal for lubrication system maintenance is also possible and can be used to blow a hooter or to stop the equipment automatically. This great in-built feature prevents costly breakdowns of equipment being caused due to fault in lubricant supply. Progressive distributor can be used for both oil and grease. Modular design provides flexibility of dosage. One set of distributor can have up to 20 outlets with varying quantities per stroke. This is suitable for CNC machine, injection-moulding machines, printing machines, forging machines, mills, crushers, etc.
