Falcon-Vision offers its online measurement system Phoenix which runs 24 hours a day and is suited for the determination of geometric parameters of semifinished and finished products of mass production, as well as for real time classification and sorting. The user can configure and program the system according to the respective production line requirements. The system is particularly advantageous if these parameters cannot be checked with any other method. This measuring system works with micron accuracy at a speed of 10000 units per hour. The user interface helps to define the procedures needed to set the parameters, nominal values, tolerances, and control signals.
