OIL TEST SETS

Neo Tele-Tronix offers Oil Test Sets. It is ideal for testing of breakdown/ withstand test of transformer and circuit breaker oil, in accordance with international standards for oil testing. The input is 230 V ±10%, 50 Hz, 1 phase AC. The different versions of oil test sets are: manually operated (50 kV - 80 kV); motor operated (50 kV - 80 kV); microprocessor based, fully automatic; manually operated (90 kV-120 kV); and motor operated (90 kV - 120 kV). Specifications: capacity - 10 mA in the HT side for all sets; transformer - HV transformer used in the test set is cast resin type of graded insulation with centre point of HV winding grounded; protection - zero start interlocking and door-interlock is to be provided, snap acting automatic tripping of HV circuit in case of overload or breakdown of oil sample under test; over voltage indication (audio and visual) is also incorporated; metering - analogue meter for manually and motor operated sets, digital display for automatic sets; and test vessel. A gauge is provided along with the cell to adjust the gap. Features that can be provided at extra cost for manually and motor operated sets: capacity other than standard setting, digital metering, stirring arrangement, mushroom electrode, and cylindrical electrode.
