Dye Pentrant (DP) Testing:
Dye Penetrant Chemicals are required for detection of surface cracks visually. Combination of Penetrant, Developer and Cleaner is required for this type of testing. Very efficient Fluorescent Penetrant for use in critical areas is also available. Stationary equipments for this type of testing in various sizes and capacities as per requirement of the customer are also available.

Magnetic Particle Testing:
MPI test is required for fast inspection for detection of surface and/ or sub surface crack/ flaws / discontinuities in a Ferro magnetic part.

Equipments with various capacities are available for MPI test. The smallest and most Versatile, Fast and simple to operate of these is AC/HWDC Electro Magnetic Yoke operated on 220V AC supply., it is widely used with either dry or wet method fluorescent or non-fluorescent magnetic powders, in the testing of welds, automotive or railroad components, machine parts, steel and grey iron castings, forgings; and in plant inspection, maintenance and repair.

For wet method fluorescent MPI or Dye Penetrant inspection processes, ultra violet light known as Black light is required. We have Black Light System with a wave length of 365 nanometers. The lightweight, well balanced system has a cool running temperature which provides superior operator comfort. The unit also incorporates multi-voltage selection at 220V and 240V.
