Motorised Insulation Tester

The "UDEY"mains motor operated insulation tester, manufactured by Udeyraj is suitable for use on 220/230 Volts AC, 50 cycles, housed in sturdy and shockproof wooden body with locking arrangement. The ohmmeter is cross coil type provided with spring loaded jewel bearing to withstand mechanical vibration and shock. The instrument is provided with knife-edge pointer, mechanical infinity adjuster and guard terminal. The guard terminal is electrically connected to the guard ring. Scale length 110 mm (approx). The motor is provided with on-off switch, mains with indicating switch, fuse, and three terminals suitably marked as Earth, Line and Guard. The Electric Motor is of 60-Watt or l/20 HP. Quick Response- Response time is 3 seconds, when a resistance whose value corresponds to the central scale mark is suddenly inserted between the instrument terminals as per ISS: 2992/1980. Accessories: i) Mains cord for input supply with 3 pin plug 2mtrs, in length is available. ii) A Pair of H V Testing Leads 2 mtrs in length on specific request will be charged extra. Timer facility on specific request will be charged extra. Guaranteed for 12 months against any manufacturing defects. The motorised insulatlon tester cum hand driven is operated on both AC, mains as well as hand cranking.
