Moisture balance

Anamed moisture balance, model IRM-301, determines the moisture content of a wide range of materials by the dry-and-weigh method. It uses a flat plate ceramic heater, which is an improvement over heat lamps. The heater emits infrared energy to quickly and uniformly dry the sample, which in turn is automatically detected by a built-in-microcomputer, thereby displaying the moisture content in grams or per cent. Features: saves time and improves accuracy; precise heater temperature control through proportional integration differential (PID), which eliminates temperature drift; enter analysis parameters through self explanatory keypad; bright alphanumeric vacuum fluorescent display for weight, time, temperature and result; and displays useful parameters even during drying process with the touch of a key.
