Micro-Video Comparator

The DVC-110 noncontacting table-top microvideo comparator features high magnification, 18X up to 330X, for measurement with greater accuracy and speed, while lessening operator fatigue and error. Either a geometric digital readout or LCD digital micrometers are available. The DVC-110 provides three-axis staging movement with 2" X, 2" Y and 4" Z axis stage travel capacity. High precision measurement capability of 0.00005"/0.001 mm is a standard feature, as is a colour TV monitor display. The heavy-duty bench-top design combines a granite mounting base with cross-roller bearings for rugged stage support and measuring stability. This measuring machine combines many of the features and capabilities of a toolmaker"s microscope, a coordinate measuring machine, and a standard optical comparator.
