Melt Flow Index Tester

Melt Flow Index Tester as per ASTM D – 1238 to measure the flow rates of thermoplastics by extrusion plastometer. This KAYJAY/2006/AC index test indicates the uniformity of the flow rate of the polymer. The other two melt flow index tester models are KAYJAY/2005/CE and KAYJAY/1994/L. Its specifications are :

• Temperature controller: Micro processor based PID controller with temperature range from ambient to 400^ºC, resolution of 0.1^ºC and accuracy of + 0.1^ºC
