Measuring Pins

Advance Measuring Systems manufactures measuring pins based on relevant IS specifications from graded steels like OHNS/EN31. Specific thermal treatment like ''sub zero'' treatment is done after heat-treatment. This process is a must for ensuring the dimensional accuracy and life of the measuring pins for longer period. The range of manufacturing pins is from 0.30 mm dia to 20 mm dia in steps of 0.01, 0.02 and 0.05 mm. The length of the pins from 0.30 to 3.00 dia is 40 mm and from 3.01 to 20 mm dia is 50 mm. Generally pins are supplied in set of 100 with or without knobs in good quality wooden boxes. Tolerance of the pin on diameter is +1 micron or +2 micron. The company is ISO 9001-2000 certified by TUV NORD, and has a calibration laboratory accredited by NABL. Pins of special design and length can be manufactured as per customers’ specifications. These pins are used for checking of slot sizes, holes of printed circuit boards, distance between two holes, as gear PCD measuring wires, etc.
