Measurement Of Weld Penetration Depth, Computerised

Accurate computerised measurement of welding penetration depth is possible with the Vardhan SPM1 computerised microscope set up. The test sample is cut, polished and etched chemically or electrolytically. The SPM1 microscope is interfaced with the computer and can measure weld penetration depth with an user-friendly measuring software. Results can be printed on line or stored in the computer. The set up is available with cutting, mounting, polishing and electrolytic etching equipments along with other type of special purpose industrial and metallurgical microscopes.
