Material Testing Machines

Aimil offers wide range of Material Testing Machines. The product range includes:

• Cut off Machines – Cut off machine are used for delicate precision cutting to the cutting of very large objects for sample preparation.
• Hot Mounting Press – Mounting press is used to handle small or odd shaped specimens and also protect fragile materials and thin layers during preparation as well as provide good edge retention. Mounting produces specimens with uniform size so that it is easier to handle in automatic holders for further preparation steps.
• TruScan-Handheld Raman Analyser - TruScan is a rugged, handheld, lightweight Raman system for rapid raw material verification. Raw material testing and identity verification are critical steps in the quality control process with tremendous impact on customer safety as well as speed and cost of production.
• Buzz-o-Sonic is a Non-destructive tester for measuring elastic and damping properties and the structural integrity of materials which is used in R&D, QA and QC. Buzz-o-sonic uses the Impulse Excitation Technique (IET) or Ping Test as described in ASTM E1876 and C1259 to determine the elastic properties of materials.
• Tribometer - It is used for wear and friction measurement and tests up to 300 N (500 N opt.) with minimum load of 1 N, temperature range varies from 10 to 1000 ºC. It is used in automobile and mechanical industry.
• Impact Testers - Impact Tester is capable of determining the impact strength of plastics. This tester continues to set industry standard for versatility ease of operation and display of information.
• Grinding & Polishing of specimens is performed in order to create a plane surface, free of deformation and scratches, so that the true microstructure of the specimen becomes clearly visible under the microscope.
• Torsion Tester – Torsion testing machine range from capacities 1,000 to 30,000 Nm. They provide loading and weighing capabilities in both directions of rotation. This feature makes it possible to conveniently determine the ultimate torque load of a specimen.
• Integral Gauge - It has integrated V-groove and is ideal for single handed operation.
• Wash ability and Abrasion Tester – This is robust, reliable and extremely versatile machine and has been designed for testing the wash ability, brush ability and resistance of wide range of materials including paint, lacquers, inks, coatings, wood, plastics, fabrics etc.
• Bresle Salt Kit – It is used to measure the level of contaminants on a surface prior to application of the coating to ensure the quality of the coating.
• Dewpoint meter – This rugged gauge is designed to measure and record all relevant climatic parameters required to determine whether the conditions are suitable for painting.
