Master & Plain Go/Nogo Ring Gauges

Cyclo Instruments manufactures master setting rings in the range of 6 to 360 mm and plain Go/NoGo ring gauges in the range of 6 to 250 mm. Blank design for both the types is as per IS 3485-1983. Manufacturing tolerance for master setting rings is as per IS 3485-1983 and that for plain Go/NoGo rings is as per IS 3455-1971. Master setting rings are used to set internal diameter setting instruments such as, dial bore gauges; 3-point internal micrometers and dia-test plugs. Plain Go/NoGo rings are plain limit gauges for checking shafts. Made from prime quality alloy steel, these rings are stabilised by subzero process @ -80ºC, in a specially designed low temperature test chamber to arrest the dimensional growth. Calibration of these rings is done on Carl Ziess make horizontal metroscope, accuracy of which is traceable to national standards of length through NPL. Individual gauge is supplied with calibration report.
