Machine For Checking Plating/Coating/Painting, Etc

Poonam products offer a machine for checking the plating/coating/painting/adhesion. The sample can be placed on the 300 x 300 mm plate and strokes alongwith 30 mm width strip or more can be set and operated. The effect of scrubbing on the given sample can be observed. Variable weights up to three kg can be added for more robust scrubbing, if desired. The machine is made of powder coated aluminium frame and SS 316 parts. It converts rotary motion into linear form, range 0-100 strokes per minute. A DC variable speed drive with LED digital display and presetting thumbwheel is available. The model can also be used for collecting data on the effect of soap/detergent powders and other chemicals on textiles. This data can be used for determining the correct formulation for soaps and detergents. The machine is useful for inhouse checking of plating, coating, painting and also for textiles, soaps and detergent industries. Machine dimensions are 1000 mm x 500 mm x 500 mm, weight 50 kg (approximate), table top model.
