Linear Gauge For Metrology Lab And Shop Floor

The Linear Ekotiogage has been designed for the measurement of shaft, step lengths, or round turning work lengths in metrology labs or on the shop floor. The gauge is said to eliminate the need for rail and height gauges, mikes and calipers, riser blocks, and comparators. The system measures parts up to 24" long, holds parts up to 2" in diameter, and is accurate to within 0.0003" according to the builder. The base is made from a granite/resin composite. Other features include reversible V blocks, Sony Magnascale unit with foot switch to zero, out display, and a wheeled cart. Options include one fixed and one retractable bench centre, 20X microscope and fine adjustment attachment, RS232 interface, Probe Slider for TIR reading and thread pitch measuring probe. In addition,36" and 48" models are available.
