Leakon Leak Tester

The leak tester is used to find tiny holes in an empty plastic moulded glass, metal containers, bottles, soft drink cans, etc. It is employed on packaging lines or blow moulding machines. Different types of leak tester manufactured by the company are:

• Single Head Leak Tester: The machine operates at a speed of 3000 bottles/min, depending on bottles’ size. A computer interface and detailed indication of leak size is also provided.
• Pick & Place Systems: It is equipped with an audio and visual alarm. In case of any rejection, this alarm goes off automatically.
