Vinod Industries offers a lead and profile tester. Main features: extra rigid slides and columns with proper combination of balls and turcite; lead drum rotating on extra large taper roller bearing; lead angle is very easy to read and adjust and indicated on large dials within accuracy of 1 sec., three dials are used for degree, minutes and seconds; special hour glass worm and extra accurate master gear without any backlash are used; digital scale with scanner is used in conjunction with digital lever type dial indicator to provide the necessary graph on the adjoining computer system; lead and profile reading is provided by power absolutely quite and variable; and the machine is manufactured and hand scraped in a big CMM (co-ordinate measuring machine). The company also manufactures: gear roll testers, gear shaper cutters, deburring and chamfering, swaging cutters, master gears, hobs and broaches, special designed roll testers, and bevel and hypoid gears including checking machine (pitch to pitch checking machine).
