Laser Displacement Measuring Systems

Integrated Process Systems offers Laser Displacement Measuring Systems. The visible laser that is used is rated as laser class 2, which is safe for industrial applications. Optical displacement sensors measure with a large stand-off distance and have very small measuring spot diameter. The position-sensitive measuring element is either an analogue PSD module as in (series 1607) or a digital CCD array (series ILD 1401/1607/1700/1800/2200/s used in the sensor, and for highly reflecting surfaces a special version of ILD 2200 series is available. Typical applications are vibration, displacement, position, dimensions and deformation, elongation and in manufacturing process control in industry. Many measuring quantities in widely varying fields of applications manifest themselves as displacement, distance, or position change. A separate range of optocontrol and laser micrometers 1200/2600 sensors are available for direct measurement of diameter, segment or gap in component inspection applications. A 2D/3D-profiling sensor is also available for more complex measurement tasks. Micro-Epsilon laser sensors form an excellent choice, for solving many measurement applications in automation projects in the industry.
