Inclination Measuring Instruments

Bombay Tools offers Inclination Measuring Instruments. These instruments are equipped with the latest wireless Bluetooth technology. These are high precision electronic inclination measuring instruments specifically suitable for the precision measurement of smallest angles. Applications are therefore in particular the measurement of flatness of surface plates or the measurement of the geometry of machine tools. The sensors are the heart of every precision measuring instrument, which have been further developed as well, to allow precise measurements even under critical environmental conditions. Blue System is optimised for wireless transmission of the data. The key features of these new series of instruments are: compact and pleasant design which is functionally optimised for precision measurement; wireless data transmission based on the internationally approved Bluetooth-standard; large and well readable LCD display which can be read from both sides since the handle can be rotated; and each instrument has its own specific address allowing the use of several independent systems in the same room without interfering with each other. The new software MT-Soft provides the possibility to measure independently the single components of a machine with standard inclination measuring instruments, to store these measurements and at the end to compare the individual measurements "in space" and to save consistent findings regarding the overall accuracy of the machine, e.g., the vertical rotating axis can be put in relation to horizontal guide ways.
