IN-PROCESS UNIVERSAL GAUGE HEAD

Tespa tools manufactures in-process universal gauge. It can be used for diameter from 75 to 400 mm and each probe can be independently adjusted. The measuring head is fitted on a hydraulic two piston reciprocating slide base of stroke length 100 mm standard. The easy-to-set carbide fingers have an in-built adjustment travel of 20 mm on each probe. The actual dimensions are set and the measured value and the processed signals are transmitted to the electronic panel for controlling the fine feed, spark out and wheel retraction. This can also be used as a flagging device or for internal diameter gauging. Measuring range: 20 - 400 mm. Repeat accuracy: 1 micron.
