Metallic scales: accuracy - ±3 micron; resolution - 5 micron and 1 micron; material - stainless steel; reference marks in centre and both ends of the scale; measuring length - 1500 to desired length; electrical output - 5 V TTLK quadrate; and temperature - 0 to 50°C.
