B S Pyromatic India Private Limited offers Gear Test Benches, BSPIL-MET-03008. It is a combination of Parkinson gear testing at one end of the machine bed and/ or cut involutes testing at the other end of the machine. Specifications: seasoned hardened and ground cast iron bed; hardened hard chrome plated and ground mandrels to suit master gear and test gear; dial gauge with least count of 0.01mm range 10mm. Set of gear - 1 no, test gear (Spur) - 2 nos., ground pitch circle diameter blank - 1 no. It is also provided with a small projector of diameter 80mm & magnification of 5x, which gives image of gear tooth. High lights: gears from diameter 100mm to 200mm can be tested on this machine; inviolate profile accuracy testing; lead checking for helical gears; gear run out checking; backlash of theoretical center distance; actual c.d.; overall run out; inviolate teeth projector.
