Gear Sound Tester

Ravjeet Gear Sound Tester, Model 1020 is designed to run finished gears in mesh at specified centre distance. The machine has two spindles and the centre distance can be set with slip gauge block. The inspection process does not allow assembly of defective gears with nicks or objectionable noise level which can be measured by decibel (db) meter or through listening port. The machine’s main motor is powered by siemens AC variable speed inverter drive. Pneumatic system is operating on 24 V DC. These machines are performing satisfactorily in the gear shops of India’s leading automobile and gear manufacturers.
