Gear Roll Tester

Aditya Engineering Company’s double flank Gear Roll Tester is an analytical gear roll tester, first of its kind in India. This gear roll tester is equipped with analytical gear roll testing software with SPC analysis; precision LM guideways for measuring slides; constant pressure spring mechanism for external as well as internal gear; gear shaft can be held with tailstock attachment available optionally; and fully automatic version with pick and place arrangement also available on request. Two gears are meshed with each other without backlash. A force acting in the direction of the gear centres guarantees that a right-hand and a left-hand flank of the gear will be in contact, i.e., double-flank engagement. The centre distance deviation, detected by the measuring slide, is measured. Technical specifications: max diameter of measured gear – 100 mm (4”); max diameter of master gear – 80 mm; centre distance – 0.90 mm (4”); max weight of gear – 0.5 kg; max testing moment – 8 n; weight – 25 kg; dimensions (L x W x H) – 500 x 200 x 300 mm; and accuracy – DIN/Class 1.
