TMC offers Galileo Vision Systems. It is a non-contact dimensional measurement, which is used to measure simple parts to complex automated parts on a same desk. The system including software is user-friendly and versatile. Features: sensor feedback which profits user for next step to help interaction; video edge detections for fast, accurate and repeatable edge detection; video probes - probe option like simple/ buffer, arc/ circle; capture crosshair and average available; image processing tools - it sharpens, binaries and de-speckles to clean up and enhance video images; and video autofocus - it enables fast automatic part inspection and eliminates time consuming focusing process. Its high illumination capabilities provide exceptional performance for wide range of applications available in both manual and CNC version, which includes powerful dual monitoring PC systems. Specifications: measuring capacity X - 150 mm or 300 mm; Y - 150 mm; Z - 140 mm; linear accuracy - CNC systems X andYE2 - 1.9 + 5L/1000; Z E1 - 2.5 + 5L/1000; manual/ joystick X and Y E2 - 3.5 + 8L/1000; Z - same as CNC type. Light - dual O/P 150 watt fibre optic; and magnification is 12:1 on CNC, 6.5:1 manual.
