Feed Metal Detection System

M R Equipments has developed Ultra Search feed metal detection system. This is designed to inspect bulk powder or granular material. The system is based on induction balance principle. Dual signal is generated to eliminate product effect and to achieve maximum sensitivity for both ferrous and non ferrous metals. High-speed reject valve diverts ferrous, non ferrous and stainless steel contamination from the main flow. The reject valve is made of SS 304 and is electrically /pneumatically operated. Cowbell style diverter ensures no leakage through the reject port. Application: gravity feed metal detectors are used most extensively by the food processing, confectionery, pharmaceutical and chemical industries to prevent damage to production machinery from tramp metal and to protect consumers from metal contaminated products.
