Features: identifies all types of open circuit and short circuit faults; direct reading digital display with a resolution of 100 m; auto-calibrated system for all lines from 66 kV to 800 kV up to a range of 1000 km; identifies faults on spur lines from the base location itself; line signature analysis enabling predictive maintenance studies, pre-charging/line commissioning checks; auto sampling of 70 signals achieving enhanced diagnostic study of the line; complete documentation of LSA data and inhomogeneity trend tabulation using the TADMA software; line vision: colour coded graphically reconstructed image of the three phases with all the prevalent inhomogeneities which can be brought in focus and close scrutiny; and compact, portable mains and battery-operated system.
