Fatigue Testing Machine

Fine Testing Machines manufactures rotating bending type fatigue testing machine where a standard specimen of 8 mm dia is imposed as the required value of bending moment and is rotated at 4,200 RPM. The machine is so designed that a constant bending moment throughout the length of specimen can be applied. Because of continuous rotation, the reversal of stresses take place in each cycle in the specimen. The number of cycles at the time of failure of the specimen is recorded on the digital counter. The machine is compact and is a table-top model. No separate foundation is required. The application of bending moment is easy, owing to the lever system. The machine is useful for the educational institutions, engineering laboratories, industries, and research organisations. Maximum bending moment is 200 kg-cm.
