Electronic foreign particle detector

Foreign particle detector from Vetal Textiles & Electronics is a precision equipment that removes contaminants from cotton fibres, correspondingly reducing the manual labour involvement. The equipment is designed to suit local domestic conditions where the contamination levels are higher. The FPD is fixed as the last machine in the blow room and the cotton is vertically fed into the system from the top. The detection zone, with cameras, signals the presence of contaminant and the air jet diverters eject the contaminant through the air jet nozzles in the diversion zone. High-speed CCD line cameras scan efficiently and quickly matches for accurate results. The system has an air-jet ejection that is used for high-speed ejection.
