Best System & Services offers Electronic Force Gauge. A mechanical fixture is used to mount the test spring and the load is applied through a lead screw with fine pitch arrangement. The loadcell is fixed on the top of the base plate over which the spring is seated. As the load is increased or decreased by tightening or loosening the screw the spring is compressed and the loadcell senses the force. The electronic force gauge senses the force through loadcell and holds at the peak value. Also the above measurement with improvised system of using pneumatic or motorised load application can be used. And the distance travelled or the linear compression or tension undergone by the loading head in the rubber tyre or spring can also be measured by using an optical encoder with digital readouts and computer communication.
